Here’s another nephew who is now a big one-year old. Colten had a ball, litterally, with his favorite toy during his shoot. Pretty sure it was just yesterday that I raced to the hospital as soon as I could leave work to meet this little guy. If time goes by this fast watching these kids grow up, how will I ever keep up when Ryan and I have our own kids one day?
Lots of one-year-olds are making their way to the blog! Here is Mr. Chance. He was full of smiles and giggles like usual. How cute are those two little bottom teeth?! It’s such a blessing to capture milestones in the lives of our close friends and their children.
The only thing more exciting than a newborn baby is the anticipation of her arrival! Josh and Kylie were so excited they could hardly keep it in. Every time baby Leighton’s name was mentioned they both just lit up, and they couldn’t stop smiling! You could honestly feel how much they loved this little girl who wasn’t even here yet. I seem to say this about all my nieces and nephews, but didn’t Ryan and I just go to the hospital to meet this little guy? Well, he’s not so little any more. Shortly after his first birthday, Cayden started toddling all over the place. Now he’s always on the go and into everything!

With summer heating up, how about a little something to cool us all off? There was a beautiful snow the day before this February shoot, so EmmaLou, mommy, and I had to go play in it. Jonah hung out inside with Daddy, but he got his turn in front of the camera. Big sis snuggled him for a few precious moments inside where it was warmer. What a great big sis, and what a gorgeous family!
